Our Story
We’ve Been Building and Renovating Since 1987
Since 1987, CTC Construction (then known as C & C Construction) has been providing the Bucks County Area with high-quality customer work. Founded by Charles Cox, CTC focused on quality workmanship, and Charles and his son Tad began a family-owned quality design and construction business. Carpenters by trade, C & C Construction branched out into commercial and institutional construction work when they began working with colleges, renovating dormitories and other educational buildings. In 1999, they restructured their company, and rebranded themselves CTC Construction.
They work extensively with a team of architectural firms with which they have long lasting relationships, and their scope ranges from residential apartments to college dormitories to custom-designed millwork. As well, their subcontractors are some of the best in the industry and have been working with them for years, not months.
Servicing the Five County Area for over 30 years, they’re experts who know the business.

Our Vision
Our vision is simple – High end craftsmanship for residential and commercial clients. We started our business as carpenters who paid attention to detail and fine finish, and have never changed it. Good communication, quality products and materials, integrity in our business practices, and the ability to solve virtually every issue our clients can throw at us make CTC construction the best choice for construction in the Delaware Valley.
The projects may have gotten larger and more challenging over the years, and we’ve evolved over the years as building materials and technology have changed, but our focus on quality construction combined with fine materials is what drives CTC Construction in every project. One of the by-products of this drive is the long-term relationships we cultivate with many of our clients and their willingness to recommend us to friends and colleagues.
